I'm Don Bartomioli and I currently do not have much to my name in the realm of "Ed Tech" as this is my first semester in the Educational Technology program at CCSU. I am a Physical Education teacher and don't have the opportunity to use much technology in my classroom space, but hopefully with this degree, I will be able to learn how to implement many new things into my classroom. I am currently trying to implement online quizzes to help the students understand and retain the information from unit to unit.
Greetings everyone. I currently do not have much to my name in the realm of "Ed Tech" as this is my first semester in the Educational Technology program at CCSU.
My name is Jennifer Faenza. I am 22 years old and a recent graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, where I studied Mathematics and Secondary Education. I am currently a first year math teacher at Coventry High School, where I teach Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I love teaching math because it fosters critical thinking skills that are necessary in real-world situations. In my free time, I enjoy watching Uconn basketball games and getting together with friends. A fun fact about me is that I taught myself how to play piano. This is my third semester in the Ed Tech program, so while I do not have a lot of experience with Ed Tech, I have been learning about a lot of new ways to incorporate technology into my classroom and I look forward to learning more as I continue to take courses.
